If you decide you’re unhappy with your purchase you must inform us by email before the return of goods.
Your product is to be returned to Genovate within 30 days unused, and in its original condition.
Items that are not received in a saleable condition will not be refunded in full, and we will charge a 15% (off full item price) handling fee on all returns where the customer is at fault when placing their order.
Your product will be returned to our delivery address at your expense. A full refund will be given less our postage costs unless the product is faulty.

If the goods have already been dispatched then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods unless otherwise agreed by Genovate.
Genovate will refund all customers within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
All goods must be checked by the customer on the day of delivery for faults or delivery damage. If goods are received faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, you must notify Genovate within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the goods exchanged
